Visa exempt countries to enter Jeju Province have reduced from 180 to 167 on July 1st.

Number of visa exempt countries to visit Jeju City and Jeju Island is reduced from 180 countries to 167 countries as of September 1st. All ordinary passport holders except the following can stay visa-free 30 days in Jeju Province.

As of September 1st, the passport holders of following countries should submit C-31 form (Certificate of Invitation issued by IEEE Seoul Section) along with the Copy of Business Registration Certificate. First traveller to OECD countries within the last 5 years should submit the documents after notarization. It will take 3 working business days to receive.

Uzbekistan
Yemen

However, the above-mentioned nationalities are eligible if holding a Certificate of Invitation issued by Jeju Island Immigration Office, or have previous visited South Korea for 3 times since 1996 or once since 2006 while holding permanent residence permits issued by Australia, Canada, New Zealand or the United States.
