Step1

Click Online Registration Page link (http://sigongji.tencon2018.org/program/login/login.asp )



Step 2:

Create Registration Account at http://sigongji.tencon2018.org/program/login/login.asp.

By clicking “Sign-up”



Step 3:

Fill up all the required fields and save!



Step 4:

Try to login again and goto the Registration Page.

If you want to attend as a participant, then choose the number of papers as “None”.

Then you could register as a member/non-member regular/student/life member rate depending on your member status.



Step 5

If you are an author, then specify how many papers you are going to present.

Even though you are a student member, if you are the sole registrant, you are still required to register at full member rate.

The registration fee is automatically calculated depending on a formula:

The 1st paper: full registration fees

The 2nd or 3rd paper: student registration fees, respectively.

The 4th and 5th paper: no-registration fees

The 6th paper: full registration fees.

The 7th or 8th paper: at student registration fees, respectively.

The 9th and 10th paper: no-additional registration fees.



Step 6

If you are a co-author, and any of the authors of your paper have registered at full rate already, then you are entitled to register at discount rate. In that case, you are required to provide the e-mail address of the co-author who have registered at full rate.



Step 7

Please provide additional requests on your meal plan, tutorial, and letter of invitation.



Step 8:

Pay by using the Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

If the payment process is not successful using credit card, please send an e-mail to tencon2018@tencon2018.org.

If you have paid through bank transfer, then please send your bank transfer proof to tencon2018@tencon2018.org (Scanned bank transfer receipts showing your name and date of transfer)

Step 9:

After registration, you can print the Receipt of Registration as well as the Letter of Invitation.

Step 10: Finalize your paper submission by providing revised paper and copyright transfer form.

Q & A

  1. If my group submitted 2 papers and two students will attend the conference. What can we do?Answer: Student #1 should register at full member rate for one paper. For the 2nd paper, student #2 could register at student rate by providing student #1’s e-mail at Step 6 if the student #1 is one of the co-authors. If student #1 is not co-author, then student #2 also should register at full member rate.

  2. If my group submitted 3 papers and one full member and two students will attend. What can we do?Answer: Full member should register at full member rate for one paper. For paper #2, student #1 could register at student rate by providing the full member’s e-mail address as in the Step 6. For paper #3, student #2 could register at student rate by providing the full member’s e-mail address.

  3. If I submitted 4 papers and my adviser and I (student) will attend. What can I do?Answer: First, Your boss need to register for 3 papers at 1 full member rate + 2 student rate. For your registration, you can register at a student rate for the 4th paper by providing your adviser’s e-mail address.

  4. If I submitted 5 papers and my adviser and I (student) will attend. What can I do?Answer: First, Your boss need to register for 4 papers at 1 full member rate + 2 student rate + 1 free of charge. For your registration, you can register at a student rate for the 5th paper by providing your adviser’s e-mail address.

  5. If I submitted 5 papers and only I (student) will attend. What can I do?Answer: You can register at one full rate + two student rate + two free of charge. With this amount, you can cover 5 papers.
